I paid but never got my course. What now?
Check your inbox and your spam folder for an email from [email protected] with the subject "Your course". It links to your order page, where you download the course. No email? Tell us through the help form, with the email address you paid with, and we'll send you your course.
My download didn't work. Can I try again?
Yes. For 15 minutes after your first download, the button on your order page works again. After that, tell us through the help form and we'll give your order a new download.
I've used my download and need the course again.
Each order includes one download, and we're happy to send it again at no cost. Tell us through the help form, with your order number if you have it.
Where do I find my order number?
In your order email, under "Your order". It starts with tr_. When you open the help form from your order page, it's filled in for you.
